An international competition of great prestige, which is also one of the greatest in the USA and one of the top worldwide, based on the EVOO World Ranking.

This competition awards the best olive oils worldwide, through blind tasting recognized by the International Olive Oil Council, carried out by expert judges and panel tasters.

The degree of difficulty, the high standards, the integrity and professionalism of the competitions is shown by the participation of many countries such as Croatia, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, USA, Argentina, Australia, Chile, Peru, South Africa, Uruguay etc.

At the 21st Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition 2020, Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms were awarded the BRONZE AWARD for their olive oil “ Syllektikon ” gourmet evoo, among more than 600 olive oil samples from all over the world.

This award at Los Angeles, USA, constitutes one more great distinction for Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms from Sparta, Laconia, because based on the specialized panel tasters, the innovative and limited edition “Syllektikon” gourmet evoo stood out and was acknowledged once more in an international level, acquiring a high score.
