This is the Majestic Blend Flavored Evoo olive oil of the Sakellaropoulos organic farms located at the foot of Parnonas and Taygetos in Laconia.
Majestic Blend Flavored Evoo managed to stand out and win first place in the Condimento-Flavored Evoo category, competing samples from 30 countries.
The International Association of Wine Writers and Journalists (World Association of Writers and Journalists of Wines and Spirits) has published the global list "Evoo World Ranking 2018", which lists all the olive oils that excelled in international competitions in 2018, for quality globally.
For the final world ranking, 28 international competitions from all over the world were considered, during which expert tasters examined 9,522 samples from 30 olive oil producing countries. In the first place a Greek olive oil was found for the first time, the Majestic Blend Flavored Evoo!
"It is a very big distinction, first for Greece, then for the Greek olive oil and then for us" states the co-owner and chemical engineer M.Sc Nikos Sakellaropoulos to the Athenian / Macedonian News Agency and adds "last year we were in second place with" Syllektikon”olive oil while this year with“ Majestic ” we won the 1st place in the world in the category Condimento-Flavored Olive Oil 2018 in the list of the internationally recognized World Ranking of EVOO (EVOOWR), with 224 points, raising our country in this category, in 1st place in the whole world ".
It is noted that in the second place of the relevant list was an olive oil from Turkey, while the third one is produced in the United States of America.
