The Silver Award for Syllektikon – Flavored Evoo was given to Sakellaropoulos Organic Farming by the 16 Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition, carried out 8 – 10 April 2015.

This is the largest competition at the USA and the 5th largest worldwide.

Over 800 olive oils participated, from many countries such as Spain, Italy, Greece, Tunisia, Turkey, Portugal, Israel, Argentina, USA, Croatia, France, Lebanon, Japan, Morocco, Slovenia, Chile etc.

This distinction is important because, based on international standards and expert panel tasters, the olive oil has to achieve up to 85 % to be honored with a silver award.

Syllektikon is an innovative unripe olive oil, enriched with lemons, oranges and wild thyme, all coming from the land of Sparta, categorized as a premium gourmet organic olive oil.

It’s the first award for SYLLEKTIKON and the 26th award for Sakellaropoulos Organic Farming the past 4 years.
