A special honorary distinction for Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms, located at Lakonia, near Sparta, at the 6th worldwide olive oil contest TERRAOLIVO International Competition, which is the 3rd top competition worldwide, based on the Evoo World Ranking.

The competition took place in Jerusalem, June 8-10, where more than 520 Olive Oils participated from 18 countries such as Spain, Italy, Greece, Tunesia, Turkey, Portugal, Israel, Usa, Argentina, Uruguay etc. Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms were honored with three important awards from the expert panel tasters for their organic olive oil Oleoastron Evoo, as well as their Agourelaio Extra Virgin.

Oleoastron was honored in 2013 in London with a gold star at the Great Taste Awards, while Agourelaio was honored in 2015 with a gold award at the 20th BIOL International and as one of the 25 best organic olives oils at BIO – Press, Germany. It is for us a great and special honor, because these awards come from expert panel tasters at one of the three top competitions worldwide. This distinction constitutes the 32nd International award for Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms for the past 4 years and the 11th award for 2015 at a global level.
