Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms, in the city of Caceres, Spain, achieved high-level distinctions at the famous international olive oil competition CINVE International Olive Oil Competition 2026 (CINVE IOOC 2026), with ten (10) high awards for their olive oils in an equal number of entries and with scores that reached 95%.

CINVE IOOC is an international competition that applies very high quality criteria for selecting and awarding olive oils, with very strict evaluation standards based on the tasting methods defined by the International Olive Council.

It is considered one of the largest and most difficult competitions of very high prestige at a global level, as measured by the EVOO World Ranking, while having the most entries from Spanish olive oils, due to its locality.

Its degree of difficulty also lies in the award percentages in all its categories, which do not exceed 30% in proportion to the number of entries and award-winning olive oils.

The tasting of olive oils at the CINVE IOOC is carried out using the strict blind tasting method by expert panel tasters of international prestige.

The degree of difficulty is complemented by the extremely high number of entries, which for 2026 reached approximately 1,000 olive oils, coming from many olive-producing countries with a very high level of quality, with Spain as the dominant country of course, as well as Italy, Turkey, Croatia, Greece, Brazil, China, Tunisia, the USA, Portugal, Japan, etc.

Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms participated in the international competition in Spain, CINVE IOOC 2026, with their specialized organic and gourmet olive oils and were honored with ten (10) awards, achieving scores from 86 to 95%.

It is worth noting that they collected the most awards as a producer company in this difficult international competition, while at the same time they managed to highlight Greece, with 10 out of 14 Greek awarded olive oils in all categories. It is also worth noting that in two main categories of the competition in Spain, organic (Ecologicos) and intense (Intensos), Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms were the only ones to be awarded with their olive oils, with the Greek colors.

In total, they were awarded 4 gold and 6 silver awards of high prestige and recognition.
