Fyllikon First Harvest olive oil differs significantly from conventional oils or just fresh oils, because it is produced, usually in mid-September to early October, with a completely cold extraction of a few hours after harvest, at 16-18 ° C and is therefore a cold extracted unripe olive oil that requires large quantities of small olives for its production.
