More specifically, these sixteen awards come from the 6th edition of the international competition CANADA IOOC held in Montreal, Quebec, from May 27 to 31. This international competition applies strict evaluation standards, based on tasting defined by the International Olive Council, exclusively by the method of blind tasting.
The tasting of olive oils at CANADA IOOC 2026, is carried out by expert tasters (expert panel tasters) of international prestige, coming from different countries of the world.
